The Palk Arms is a traditional rural pub and is one of the few independent village pubs in the area. Set high above the Teign Valley it has wonderful panoramic views over the rolling hills and beautiful countryside. We are near Bovey Tracey and within the Dartmoor National Park.
Mike and Sadie took over in November 2017, with the aim of creating a proper local in a traditional Devon country pub.
The Palk offers traditional pub grub (the best in Hennock!) great real ale from local brewers Teignworthy and Dartmoor, proper Devon ciders and a wide selection of wine. There is plenty of room either by the fires, on the sofa or at a table admiring the impressive view across the Teign Valley.
